Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the constitutional and legal value of the unity of peoples and its implementation through the legal mechanisms of the Eurasian Economic Union. In this regard, the question arises: to what extent does the law of the EAEU realize value, and not just economic unity. The author identifies the integration potential of the EAEU law as a tool for embodying this value. The study shows that the existing mechanisms successfully form a functional, economic unity, but do not sufficiently contribute to socio–cultural integration - the formation of a sense of belonging to a single community, respect for the institutions of the host country. At the same time, as noted in the scientific literature, the equalization of the rights of workers from the EAEU is limited only to the labor sphere, and the host society demonstrates a high demand for limiting migration.
