Abstract

The article defines the prospects for the development of the principles of public administration, considered in the context of the provisions of the new federal law on the State Council of the Russian Federation under the President of the Russian Federation. A review of scientific publications devoted to the peculiarities of the status and functioning of the State Council of the Russian Federation was carried out.
