Abstract

The object of the study is a new social phenomenon of Internet broadcasting and the use of this technological innovation by criminals to publicly demonstrate their activities. The purpose of the study is to establish the identification of signs in the presence of which the Internet broadcast of any illegal actions forms a public demonstration of the process of committing a crime, as well as the establishment of a set of crimes for which it can be considered an aggravating circumstance. The study used a formal legal method and a case study method. It is concluded that it is advisable to establish increased responsibility for the commission of these crimes in the presence of signs of demonstrativeness, which can be used in further research and in lawmaking.
