Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the revision of the rulings of the court of first instance in terms of the implementation of the powers of the court of appeal. The author carried out a comparative analysis of the procedure for considering private complaints against the rulings of the court of first instance. Proposals have been formulated for introducing amendments to the legislation aimed at unifying the procedure for reviewing judicial decisions in the civil process.
