Abstract

The issues of succession of Tver educational organizations included as a result of several organizational measures into Tver Pedagogical Institute in the Soviet period of history are considered. This institute was later redesignated as Kalinin State Pedagogical Institute named after M.I. Kalinin, and in 1971 it was transformed into Kalinin State University.
