Abstract

The article deals with some controversial and problematic issues related to the participation of the prosecutor in the consideration by the courts of cases of deprivation of parental rights of citizens and restrictions in them. The ways of solving these problems are proposed in order to increase the effectiveness of this institution of civil procedure.
