Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of preparation for trial in cases related to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of a group of persons. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the mechanisms for joining a class (collective) lawsuit, as well as the grounds for leaving this lawsuit without consideration. The author formulates some problems that may hinder the development of the institute of class (collective) claims in the Russian Federation.
