Abstract

This article is an attempt to determine the prospects for organizing judicial protection in the context of digitalization and the possibilities of artificial intelligence. Attention is drawn to the need for interaction on the use of artificial intelligence in judicial activity with other states. The main possibilities of using digital technologies and remote consideration of cases are identified.
