Abstract

The article deals with the main issues of the organization of psychological analysis of information materials as a new direction of forensic examination. The role of the forensic psychological examination of information materials in the investigation of crimes is to establish facts of a psychological nature associated with the commission of communicative actions which allows you to establish the circumstances to be proved. The grounds for the type of examination and the specifics of the preparation of materials and objects for research are revealed.
