Abstract

Unilateral restrictive measures applied to the Russian Federation are contrary to the norms of international law, are politically motivated and violate the sovereign rights of our state. In the article, the author examines the problem of the extraterritorial nature of the application of national law and tries to draw the attention of both the scientific community and the legislator to it.
