Abstract

The author analyzes the novels of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in terms of regulating family relations between parents and children. There is a strengthening of public law principles in ensuring the proper upbringing of children in the family. The author argues about the formation of a fundamentally new state policy that determines the content of the parental legal relationship.
