Abstract

The specifics and limits of the application of the judicial procedure for challenging decisions, actions (inaction) of state authorities and local self-government bodies in administrative proceedings are considered. The procedural features of the consideration of cases of this category are analyzed, the main problems arising during the presentation of an administrative statement of claim, judicial proceedings, appeal of a judicial act are identified.
