Abstract

The author explores some examples of law enforcement practice in order to identify the grounds and legal consequences of third parties' interference in family affairs. The importance of the legal status of a subject intending to establish or refute family legal ties is noted, the need to harmonize the private interests of representatives of different families is emphasized.
