Abstract

The work identifies features and problems of reimbursement of the costs of conducting a pre-trial examination in consumer protection cases. Based on the analysis of existing legislation, law enforcement practices and the results of doctrinal studies, the main approaches to resolving the problems we identified were identified. The authors draw conclusions and make suggestions in order to avoid problems and to achieve uniformity of jurisprudence.
