Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the draft Federal Law N 40361-8 «On the general principles of organizing local self-government in a single system of public power». A comparative analysis of the current Federal Law of October 6, 2003 No. 131-FZ «On the General Principles of Organizing Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation» and a new bill was carried out. The issue of reforming the socio-cultural sphere in the context of this bill was considered.
