Abstract

The object of the study is the social relations that develop in the process of rendering services by a customs representative in the field of foreign economic activity. The purpose of the scientific work is to review the list of services provided by the customs representative at the present time. On the basis of general logical research methods, new directions in the activities of the customs representative were identified: customs audit; customs consulting, outsourcing of foreign economic activity. A proposal has been put forward to introduce amendments to the legislation on auditing.
