Abstract

The article discusses the issues of additional legal regulation of relations arising between the seller and the buyer for goods imported into the Russian Federation as part of parallel imports, analyzes the seller's responsibility for the sale of goods of inadequate quality, proposes changes to the current law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" in terms of expanding the concept "seller", as well as an increase in the period for the consumer to submit claims regarding product defects.
