Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of the procedure for bringing judges and lawyers to disciplinary liability in a comparative aspect with church norms and rules on the application of liability measures. The coincidence of the conceptual foundations of the activities of church courts with the procedural rules established in the legislation and corporate rules for bringing to disciplinary responsibility is shown. The common thing is that the relevant rules apply only within the relevant corporation: the judiciary, the bar and the Russian Orthodox Church, therefore, the unofficial term is used: "corporate litigation." understanding and attention of legislators.
