Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the terms that define the subjects of action proceedings in cases on the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of a group of persons in the framework of civil proceedings. The author formulates proposals for changing the legal regulation in terms of classifying the subjects of action proceedings in cases of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of a group of persons.
