Abstract

The article considers the features of judicial protection of the right to grant land plots to citizens with three or more children. The authors analyzed the procedural features of the consideration of cases of this category, the participation of the prosecutor in land disputes related to the appeal of decisions, actions (inaction) of local self-government bodies, identified the main problems arising in the execution of court decisions.
