Abstract

The article offers reflections on ethical incorrectness, psychological discomfort or negligence allowed by the Russian legislator in the construction of legal regulations (when using terms, terminological constructions, attempts to define concepts). Samples of this kind were found, due to the strictly defined scientific interests of the author, in the legislation of the social sphere - in its broad meaning (family, labor, insurance, medical). Among other things, attention is drawn to the peculiar manifestations of gender stereotypes and inaccuracies in the terminological provision of texts.
