Abstract

It is proposed to return to the times of great transformations of the second half of the 19th century. in the Russian Empire and analyze one of the most interesting reforms - the reform of the investigation, to study the opinions of respected members of the post-reform commission. Of course, we are studying history in order to use this experience to improve modern legislation.
