Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the balance of interests of citizens, entrepreneurs and public legal entities as participants in property legal relations during the digitalization of business legal relations and information protection. Entrepreneurial activity, although it is connected with the use of information in its various aspects, however, today there is a lack of comprehensive research on the legal regulation of information in production and economic activities. The analysis of the positions of scientists and the current civil and business legislation has shown that the realization of the right to information, in our time, is a necessary condition for the participation of legal entities in public, including civil and business legal relations, as well as ensuring the harmonious free development and vital activity of each subject.
