Abstract

A comparative analysis of two subjects of the civil process is carried out: a representative in the trial and a person who conducts a case in the interests of a group of persons. The article defines the common features and distinctive features of each of the subjects under consideration, and proposes an adjustment to the provisions of civil procedural legislation.
