Abstract

The article is devoted to the current issue of reforming land and property relations in modern Russia. An analysis of regulatory legal acts regulating the creation and subsequent activities of the Roskadastre public law company was carried out. Its main activities, functions and powers are highlighted. Both the main advantages of the innovations under consideration and their possible risks and disadvantages are identified. The article emphasizes the need to pay due attention to the creation of a clear mechanism for ensuring the safety and security of USRN data within the framework of the ongoing reform.
