Abstract

The article is devoted to the legal foundations of moral education, defined by the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The study of the historical roots of ethics makes it possible to attribute the axioms of a lawyer's behavior not just to corporate culture, but to elements of cultural heritage. The ethics of a lawyer are formed starting from the first days of study at the Faculty of Law. The foundations of the moral behavior of a future lawyer predetermine the possibility of creating a code of ethics for a law student.
