Abstract

The algorithm and forms of administration of sections of the Unified List of goods, which are subject to prohibitions and restrictions when they are moved across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, are considered. The purpose of the study is to identify legal gaps in customs legislation in the administration of sections of the Unified List of Goods. With the help of comparative legal and formal legal methods, the author identified the problems of administration of sections of the Unified List of Goods by the customs authorities of the Russian Federation.
