Abstract

The article analyzes the problematic aspects of the reflection of public danger in the construction of crimes in connection with the qualification of acts committed in places of deprivation of liberty. The article substantiates the increased social significance of ensuring the order of serving sentences and law enforcement in this area. This circumstance determines the need to establish special legal structures to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the penitentiary process. Most clearly, the features of public danger and the qualification of crimes committed in places of deprivation of liberty are reflected in the elements of disorganization of the activities of institutions that provide isolation from society, and illegal trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues.
