Abstract

This article opens a series of works devoted to modern models and methods of building a legal business. It provides a general introduction to the partnership model of legal business development, reveals its characteristics and concept. In addition, a small excursion into the history of the development of legal partnership is made, as well as specific examples of modern law firms built on the basis of partnership and being the leaders of modern Russian legal business are given.
