General characteristics of the principles of civil procedural law in terms of their meaning and form

Abstract

The article gives a general description of the principles of civil procedural law in terms of their meaning and form. The author proposes to include in the system of principles of the GPP, including principles that have received wide recognition in the practice of the judiciary and ensure effective and fair resolution of disputes.
