Prevention of corruption in the penal system

The object of the study is public relations related to the receipt and giving of bribes in the penal system. The purpose of the study is to analyze the features of these legal relations, taking into account the factors that affect the development of corruption crime, the causes, conditions, and criminal motivation. The analysis of statistical indicators of corruption crime leads to the conclusion that the problem requires further scientific research, as well as the development of specific proposals for the prevention of corruption in penitentiary institutions.Downloads
