Abstract

The article shows the changes in the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet state and municipal needs", which enter into force on 01.07.2021. It is proved that the name of the register of bad-faith suppliers and its actual content do not coincide. The criterion for including contractors in the public register on the basis of their bad faith is contested. The suggestions for improving the current legislation are provided.
