Abstract

The article presents the point of view on the reasons for the ineffectiveness of the fight against the betrayal of state officials, by which the authors understand the receipt of a bribe. The eradication of this social evil is represented in the creation of the "standard of investigation of receiving a bribe" - a single codified act that has a normative character, detailing not only the circumstances to be proved, but also the investigative actions that are mandatory for execution in criminal proceedings on receiving a bribe.
