Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the content of the constitutional principle of mutual trust between the state and society in relation to; the trends in the development of this principle in the digital economy are investigated; the need for the formation of a regulatory framework that meets the requirements of the digital era, allowing to regulate modified economic processes, is justified.
