Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of regulating economic relations in constitutions. The expansion of constitutional regulation in the aspect of economic relations is proved. The Constitution does not only set common standards for regulation and development of the economic sphere any more, but affects the other fields of law. Therefore, they acquire constitutional and legal content and should be interpreted in the light of constitutional doctrines and constitutional values. This fact requires an adjustment of the methodology of legal science and a revision of methodology of Russian law in the direction of constitutionalization.
