Abstract

The article describes the novelties introduced into the Civil Code of the Russian Federation by Federal Law No. 287-FZ of 01.07.2021 "On Amendments to Parts One and Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation" a brief legal description is given, its foreign origin is revealed, problems that may arise when these norms are put into effect are indicated.
