Abstract

Analyzes the legal issues of eliminating unauthorized dumps. The authors, on the basis of an analysis of the norms of the current legislation, the prevailing judicial practice, consider the powers of local governments in the field of production and consumption waste management, formulate their own judgments on this issue.
