Abstract

The article analyzes the procedural features of the review of court decisions on administrative cases adopted in the simplified procedure. The author conducted a comparative analysis of the consideration of cases by courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts in the order of simplified proceedings. The proposals for amendments to the legislation aimed at unifying the revision of judicial decisions in the civil process are formulated.
