Abstract

Reveals the question of the importance of the mediation procedure for our state. An assessment of the existing achievements in the field of legal regulation of mediation and the directions of development of this institution outlined by the head of state is given. For the sake of objectivity, international experience was taken as a basis, as well as the experience of Georgia as a country in the post-Soviet space.
