Abstract

The issues of improving the federal educational legislation and, in this regard, changes in the local regulatory framework for Tver State University`s management in 2009–2021 are considered. The role of regional rule-making and law enforcement practice in the development of TSU is also analyzed in the aspect of the university's fulfillment of its support mission in innovative development of the Tver region.
