Abstract

The issue of dismissal of customs officials who hold positions of em-ployees, as well as positions of state civil servants, is being considered. The author evaluates the position of the courts in considering and resolving cases related to dismissal from service in the customs authorities on such grounds as the end of the service period provided for by the contract, and carrying out organizational and staff activities.
