Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the use of conciliation procedures in the revision of court decisions. The development of conciliation mecha-nisms for resolving disputes and the possibility of applying conciliation procedures when appealing court rulings is considered an essential ele-ment of accessibility to justice. The author has conducted a comparative analysis of the procedural law norms regulating conciliation procedures at the stage of reviewing court decisions.
