Abstract

The article examines the intangible benefits of a child as an interbranch category presented in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Family Code of the Russian Federation. The private and public nature of the intangible benefits of the child is justified. The author, having ana-lyzed relations of an intersectoral nature: relations related to the health, name and upbringing of a child, concluded that provisions on the inter-sectoral nature of the intangible benefits of a child and their public and private principles should be supplemented by the Civil Code of the Rus-sian Federation and the Family Code of the Russian Federation.
