Abstract

The article is devoted to civil procedure research and assessment of the ability of a person with a special legal status to understand the significance of their actions or to direct them in the commission of contested legally significant actions. The author concluded that the study and evaluation in civil proceedings was an interconnected system of court action covering the court's participation, including in the form of a determina-tion of the legal position from the time the case was taken to trial and up to the ruling of a court act ending the consideration and resolution of the case on its merits.
