Abstract

The article analyzes the principles of the formation of the pension system in the Russian Federation. The current principles of pension provision are being studied, as well as amendments proposed for inclusion in the Con-stitution of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the legal frame-work for the formation of a pension system in the Russian Federation.
