The article outlines the problem of the essence and significance of justice for law and enforcement. Attention is drawn to the fact that the principle of justice is textually enshrined only in the administrative legal proceed-ings and the criminal legislation of Russia, but at the same time it is rec-ognized as general legal. It is shown how the principle of justice is re-vealed in the norms of criminal law and procedural science. The prob-lematic questions are posed that justice in the broad sense actually consti-tutes the essence of law, and in the narrow sense, these are the principles-rules in relation to specific legal relations, and the importance of justice in law enforcement.Downloads
