Abstract

The paper substantiates the need to use the category "system" to charac-terize an integrated set of principles of civil procedural law. The method-ological basis of its research is the dialectic method, open to all other methodological concepts: systematic research, analysis and synthesis, le-gal determination, functional method, legal technology, etc. The system of principles of civil procedural law plays a stabilizing role in this branch of law, on the one hand, not allowing it to lose its identity in the context of globalization, on the other hand, contributing to its dynamic develop-ment due to external influence from international human rights bodies, and also the influence of the processes of unification and differentiation of civil procedure norms.
