Abstract

The article analyzes the elements of the crime under article 285.4 of the criminal code "Abuse of power in the performance of the state defense order". A number of scientifically based recommendations for the correct qualification of such acts are proposed. Recommendations of delimita-tion of abuse of official powers at performance of the state defense order from structures of other malfeasance are formulated.
