Abstract

The article is devoted to the identification of problematic legal aspects of the sale of goods with manufacturing defects. The author defines the sub-jects of such activities, the nature of their relationship, the legal basis for cooperation. The main problematic issue is the determination of the sub-jects of responsibility and the possibility of recourse in favor of the innocent party.
