The article examines the impact of the spread of coronavirus infection on the organization and payment of labor, the status of non-working days introduced by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, analyzes the possibility of granting vacations and termination of an employment contract during a pandemic, and identifies ways to improve labor legislation
